Established in 1997 to acquire both single family as well as small apartment assets in core markets, we seek distressed situations and properties that can be acquired for significantly under their replacement cost.
Long Term Strategy
Seeks core holdings purchased at deep discounts to replacement cost. Identifies distressed assets that can be stabilized and post positive cash flow. The main objective in our long term portfolio is to acquire assets with strong appreciation possibility. Our professional property management division allows for strong oversight to maximize a properties potential.
Short Term Strategy
Pursues acquisitions of small to medium size properties that can be stabilized, rehabilitated, or re-purposed, with a short term strategy of re-marketing the asset for strong returns.
